There's only one way out

Q's parents live in a senior's complex. It's pretty much condos for old people - not that his parents are decrepit or anything. Anyways, we visited them on Sunday and when we pulled into the parking lot I noticed a couple of new signs, and promptly almost peed myself. As you enter the driveway you see the two signs, one above the other. This is how they read:

Senior's Residence.
No Exit.
