Me: Are you connected to the internet?

Client: Yes.

Me: Now click on the company icon.

Client: Ok it says "PCAnywhere initializing".

Me: Good.

Client: Nothing else is happening. It still says "initializing".

Me: Are you sure that you're connected to the internet?

Client: Yes - oh wait. I have to be connected to the internet first?
